Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
 

3. Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital downloads

• Clearance or final‑sale items
   

4. Refund Process

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement, contact us to arrange an exchange. Availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
